How to tie a Green Machine Bug on tube

Put on the hook guard (here a pice of Hig-Viz green tube) Let the tube dry in the sun - Glue will set in minutes

Tie down strands of flash - Use fluorescent -red thread to tie down. Finish of with super-glue

Tie in Fireline 0,04 mm. to tie down sections of green deer body hair with. Make sure to tighten each section securely with the Fireline. Leave a piece of Fireline to use as a rib later

Trim the deer body hair to a cigar-shaped style with your scissors or a razor blade.

Tie in a quality brown hackle

Run the hackles down the deer hair body. Make sure that the stem of the hackle gets inside the deer hair structure.

Run the Fireline ribbing upwards through the body and hackles. Secure and whip-finish.

Start by adding drop of UV glue to the end of a thin tube

Trim any excess material and ad a drop of super-glue to the head
