Tie on the hook. Here we have used a strong short shank, wide gape Owner 50188 # 2 hook

How to tie on a Tube Bomber TM 4 Ownwr hook

Slide the eye of the hook into the silicone tubing...Remember also to enter any cut-snip from the knot

Position the hook as you desire.

Seen from below ! Note how we have tied the boddy of the fly in sections...hiding the tube inside the foam.. We belive this adds to a better presentation

Hair for tail on aTube Bomber ™ is tied in - in such a way that the thread does not pile up in one spot. Her I have tied it down in front of the hookguard tie down

Hair is distributed evenly around the tube. Tied down firmly and finished of with a drop of lacquer or super-glue
